We’re looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team! If you take pride in your craftsmanship, enjoy working with your hands, and want to be part of a company that values precision and quality, we’d love to hear from you.

As a key member of our fabrication team, you’ll help build custom heat treat equipment from the ground up. You’ll use your welding and fabrication skills to bring blueprints to life creating essential equipment used in manufacturing across industries.

What You’ll Do:

• Read and interpret mechanical blueprints and drawings to fabricate heat treat equipment according to detailed specifications.
• Use MIG and Stick welding techniques to join metal components securely and accurately.
• Operate an oxygen-acetylene torch and plasma cutter to cut and shape metal as needed.
• Utilize measuring tools, clamps, and hand tools to ensure precise cuts and assemblies.
• Grind, sand, and finish welded parts to meet high-quality standards.
• Assemble, fit, weld, and complete full units of heat treat equipment with attention to detail.
• Follow all safety procedures and best practices while operating welding and cutting equipment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time.
• Perform quality checks and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in MIG and Stick welding.
• Skilled in the use of an oxygen-acetylene cutting torch, plasma cutter, tape measure, clamps, sander/grinder, and general hand tools.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical blueprints and technical drawings.
• Prior experience in assembling and welding basic mechanical equipment.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safety.
