Executive Sous Chef – Premier Hotel Opening | New York City, NY
Join the opening culinary leadership team of a new, upscale hotel in New York City. We’re seeking an accomplished Executive Sous Chef with a strong foundation in Latin cuisine and solid banquet experience . Familiarity with Asian flavors and modern techniques is a plus.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a diverse and dynamic culinary program from the ground up. The Executive Sous Chef will support the Executive Chef in leading all back-of-house operations and ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and teamwork across multiple outlets.
