The Route Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering packages of various sizes to homes and businesses, operating UPS brown trucks in a fast-paced, physically active outdoor environment. This role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, excellent driving and customer service skills, and compliance with company appearance guidelines. Full-time casual package delivery drivers work eight to ten hours per day and workdays can vary (Monday - Friday) or (Tuesday - Saturday) depending on the business needs.

Permanent, full-time delivery drivers receive an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year. That includes $0 healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, plus paid time off for holidays, sick leave and option days. UPS also makes contributions to a defined-benefit pension plan for each employee.
