Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and transportation industry, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the recruitment efforts for various operational roles. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Williston, VT

Pay Range: $32 - $40 on hourly

What's the Job?

• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process at all levels within the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify and define specific staffing needs.
• Source candidates creatively through various channels and review resumes to evaluate suitability.
• Conduct interviews, recommend suitable candidates, and coordinate the hiring process.
• Monitor and track open positions, requisitions, and ensure compliance with affirmative action plans.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and practices.
• Ability to work independently, organize work efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access for at least 3 years.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and community resource development is preferred.
