Vermont and New Hampshire homes average 5+ appliances, but trained technicians are rare.
You dont need years of experience just drive, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
Paid Training Program We provide a structured, paid program that combines:
In-class training on appliance systems, diagnostics, and customer interaction.
Hands-on workshops and shop-floor simulation.
Field ride-alongs with our most experienced techs.
Mentorship & coaching throughout your first year.
After 6 months or sooner, depending on you, youll begin solo routes with continued support, tools, and training along the way.
What Youll Do
Learn to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of major home appliances.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, or system-level issues.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
Travel to customer homes (company van provided).
Use digital tools for route management and diagnostics.
Compensation & Perks Starting pay:
$25-$30/hour , with regular performance reviews
Opportunity to earn
$28$33/hour within 69 months
Company van, tools, and fuel card provided from day one
No on-call shifts or night work
MondayFriday routes (Saturday overtime optional)

Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and interest in repair trades.
Some background in
electrical, HVAC/R, plumbing, maintenance , or electronics is a plus.
Excellent personal time management and independence are necessary.
A valid driving license and a clean driving record are required.
The Ability to pass a background check and drug screening is required.
Able to lift and maneuver heavy appliances safely.
Good communication and customer service skills, and be comfortable working in homes and interacting with customers.
