Position – Industrial Spray Painter
Job Location – Oshkosh, WI
Starting Date – ASAP
Employment Term – Temp to hire
Employment Type – Full time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st and 2nd shifts available
Starting Pay –$19 to $24/hr

Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
As an Industrial Spray Painter, you will be responsible for applying protective and cosmetic coatings to a variety of industrial products, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to specifications. Your expertise will contribute directly to the durability and visual appeal of our products.
Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying primers or undercoats as necessary.
Operate and maintain various spray painting equipment, including airless and conventional spray guns.
Mix paints and other coating materials to specified colors and viscosities.
Apply coatings to products according to work orders and quality standards, ensuring consistent and even coverage.
Inspect finished products for defects such as runs, drips, or unevenness and perform necessary touch-ups.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and disposal of materials.
Adhere to all safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
Proven experience, 2+ years, as an industrial spray painter, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting.
Thorough knowledge of different painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of safety procedures and the proper use of PPE.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
