At Retro Fitness the Fitness Director leads all personal training activity inside the club. You will hire develop and manage a team of trainers while also driving PT revenue and delivering results to members.
What You Will Do
Recruit onboard and lead personal trainers
Coach the team to hit session utilization and sales goals
Lead PT integration during new member onboarding
Deliver an excellent member experience through training engagement
Oversee certifications schedules and client programming
Ensure PT team follows brand and service standards
What We Are Looking For
Active personal training certification through a recognized organization
Two or more years of training experience
Experience managing or mentoring trainers preferred
Sales experience or willingness to learn
CPR or AED certification required
