Pay Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $119,500 - $161,300 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do? - Develop and implement a comprehensive retail strategy in collaboration with unit and client leadership
- Lead merchandise planning, buying, and inventory management based on sales trends and market insights
- Oversee all aspects of game-day operations, including profit and loss management, financial performance monitoring, and reporting
- Direct in-store merchandising and visual displays to maximize impact and drive revenue , and integrate market trends into product selection to enhance business performance
- Collaborate with retail managers to design and execute customer and employee promotions
- Create detailed business plans to introduce new product lines and source appropriate vendors
More about you - Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of retail management experience, including a minimum of 3 years in store operations and merchandising
- S trong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to recruit, motivate, and develop high-performing teams that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Background in licensed sports merchandise , such as apparel and novelty items , strongly preferred, with a s trong background in retail marketing and brand management
- Proven experience in specialty retail, ideally within a sports-related environment , and d emonstrated success managing revenues over $20 million, including full P&L responsibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with POS systems is a plus
