Dining Room Supervisor

• Dining Room Excellence:
  • Oversee dining setup, kitchen cleanliness, food presentation, and closing procedures.
  • Oversee the presentation of all food served from the kitchen to residents and guests, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Team Leadership:
  • Train and supervise servers, participate in hiring, and manage daily staffing.
• Resident Satisfaction:
  • Take meal orders, communicate with dietary staff, and address resident dining concerns.
  • Meet with dietary staff daily to discuss daily specials, always-available menu options, and wine selections.
  • Proactively address resident concerns and ensure their satisfaction with meal service.

• Minimum of two years of food management or food service supervision experience preferred.
• Experience in a senior independent living food service setting preferred.
• Ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
