We are seeking a few people to fill out our in-house marketing team. This is an in-person position at our offices on the eastside of Milwaukee. While digital marketing is a very broad term and we realize nobody will be an expert at everything, we are open to people who have specialized skillsets that can add to our company’s capabilities. The following are areas where we could use help and someone who has put in the 10,000 hours to become and expert so we do not have to.

Social Media / Content Marketing:

· Expert in B2B, B2C, and personal brand building through Social Media Marketing and engagement

· Maintaining accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Map Pack, Pinterest, X, and Houzz

· Able to capture and edit pictures using an iPhone or DSLR and use Canva or Adobe CS

· Drive engagement through posts that are relevant, appropriate, and thoughtful based on the industry and audience

· Able to analyze analytics and adjust content to keep followers engaged

· Help with arranging podcast guests and promoting the podcast

· Coordinate photo shoots and instruct photographer

· Understanding of paid marketing and generating high converting ads

Public Relations / Email Marketing:

· Look for opportunities to collaborate with other companies

· Look for blog and newspaper citations that we can get a backlink for from reputable publications

· Organize a calendar of industry awards and create submission packets

· Promote the companies and CEO in a positive light

WordPress SEO:

· Maintain websites and make adjustments based on analytics

· Update the sites as new photographs and content is produced

· Make sure plug-ins are up to date and security is managed

· Understanding of the server and WordPress to keep the sites up

Qualifications:

· A degree in marketing and/or 5 years of relevant experience

· Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data collection

· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

· Strong communication and presentation skills

We are a holdco that owns a group of blue collar businesses in Milwaukee. We have a casual office environment with high expectations for everyone who works here. Since we are a small business, everyone helps out and is required to be very good at their job because many departments are one or two people.
