Responsibilities:
• Manage daily schedules, appointments, and personal commitments
• Coordinate meetings, events, and detailed travel arrangements
• Run errands including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and household pickups/drop-offs
• Assist with household needs and communicate with service providers or vendors
• Handle emails, calls, and general correspondence as directed
• Organize documents, receipts, records, and assist with expense tracking
• Support personal tasks such as gift shopping, reservations, and event planning
• Coordinate household or family calendars and home maintenance services

Requirements:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently while anticipating needs
• Proficiency with smartphones, apps, and office software (Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.)
• Valid driver's license (if driving is required)
• Excellent communication, discretion, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to occasional urgent requests
• Experience with event planning, travel coordination, or managing household vendors (preferred)

Schedule:
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Rate:
• Residential: $18-$22/Hourly

Location:
• Houston, TX 77055
