Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at The Ridgeline Hotel in Gardiner, Montana. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing clerical and secretary duties to help the organization run efficiently.

What will you do?

• Secure and manage the cash room, ensuring only authorized access, proper key handling, and overnight storage of cash and valuables 
• Perform daily revenue processing for casino gaming machines, including money pulls, error corrections, meter reporting, and payout tracking 
• Handle all cash-related operations such as counting, logging, depositing, replenishing, and auditing across the casino, hotel, retail, and food and beverage departments 
• Maintain and reconcile operating funds, petty cash, and employee cash banks; process reimbursements, change requests, and tip transfers 
• Support inventory and office operations by managing bar counts, vendor invoices, purchase orders, beverage pricing, and general administrative tasks 

More about you

• Prior accounts payable and receivable experience preferred 
• Cash handling experience preferred 
• Above-average PC, email, Excel spreadsheet, Word processing, and computerized accounting skills are required 
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication
• Strong customer service orientation and a sense of high accuracy in handling confidential details
