Personal Income $50,000 and more = Pay in full.
Personal Income $30,001 -$49,999 = up to 20% off from regular fees.
Personal Income $0 - $30,000 = up to 30% off from regular fees.

Sliding scale pricing cannot be combined with other special offers or savings.
