Employer Industry: Global Application Managed Services Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $192,140 Eligible for discretionary annual incentive program based on performance Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO) for work-life balance Opportunities for career advancement and professional development Collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment that values your ideas What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Serve as the onshore functional lead for the PRISM workstream for assigned accounts Collaborate with the GDC team on daily activities, incidents, and root cause analysis Provide on-call support and holiday coverage as necessary Develop reporting dashboards to enhance Workday utilization and support business metrics Lead a team of Workday consultants across multiple engagements to ensure timely project deliverables What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience Certification in Workday PRISM is required Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday report writing and analytics Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven analytical skills with the ability to solve complex incidents How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Willingness to go the extra mile to resolve customer issues Experience in driving continual business process improvements Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
