Job Title: Welder/Fabricator
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team in a dynamic fabrication shop located in Nampa. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in sheet metal fabrication and possess a strong proficiency in MIG welding techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform sheet metal fabrication with precision and accuracy.
• Interpret and work from blueprints to ensure correct specifications.
• Utilize MIG welding techniques to complete various projects.
• Operate fabrication equipment, including press brakes and other machinery.
• Conduct flux core welding as required.
• Maintain a high level of craftsmanship in all welding and fabrication tasks.

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication.
• Proficient in MIG welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with fabrication and welding equipment.

• 3G Welding Certificate preferred.
• Experience in grinding and metal cutting.

Work Environment

Work in a plant-based fabrication shop environment with a start time of 6 AM to 2:30 PM. This role requires adherence to safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, Idaho.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
