System Administrator – MSP | Hybrid (Lisle, IL)

Summary:

A fast-growing Managed Services Provider in Lisle, IL is looking for a System Administrator to deliver hands-on technical support across diverse client environments. Responsibilities:

• Provide remote and onsite support for desktops, laptops, and networked devices
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Support and administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, etc.)
• Perform user administration, permissions, and system configuration tasks
• Work tickets end-to-end from intake to resolution
• Use PSA/RMM tools (ConnectWise, IT Glue, etc.) to document and manage client environments
• Collaborate with senior engineers for escalations or complex troubleshooting
• Maintain clear communication and professionalism with end users

Requirements:

• Strong troubleshooting experience across Windows environments
• MSP or IT services experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (switching, printers, workstation setup)
• Experience with PSA/RMM tools is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing presence
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-driven environment
• A growth mindset with desire to continually learn
• Associate/Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent hands-on experience (preferred)

Work Schedule:

• Full-time onsite for the first 1–2 months
• Shifts to hybrid after onboarding: 3 days onsite or client visits / 2 days remote
