A well-known client is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst - Brand Finance who plays a critical role in driving financial insights, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision‑making for assigned brands. This role partners closely with Brand Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Corporate Finance to optimize profitability and advance brand performance.

About the Opportunity:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 9am to 5pm
  • Setting: Remote (Must work EST)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning processes including annual budgeting, monthly forecasts, and long‑range planning.
  • Prepare detailed financial analyses on brand performance, revenue drivers, pricing, trade spend, and product mix.
  • Support brand teams with insights on marketing ROI, innovation profitability, and portfolio optimization.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives such as new product launches, market expansion, and pricing changes.
  • Analyze variances in sales, margins, and operating expenses; present insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure financial alignment and accountability.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and executive‑level presentations.
  • Enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics for improved decision‑making.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, brand finance, or similar roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Experience with financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Desired Skills:

  • MBA or CPA
  • Experience in CPG, retail, or consumer‑focused industries.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and ROI measurement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional partners and drive outcomes.
