Solar Consultant – Leads Provided

At Semper SolR, we’re looking for driven Solar Consultants to take charge of client relationships, close high-value deals, and help shape the success of our growing sales team. You’ll work with qualified homeowner leads, manage your pipeline, and mentor future closers as you grow into a leadership role.

Compensation & Benefits
• Commission-Based with 6-Figure Earning Potential ($100,000–$200,000+/year)
• Leads Provided + 2 self-generated days per week

Responsibilities:
• Meet with qualified homeowner leads (provided by the company and self generating)
• Present proposals and close contracts with professionalism and confidence
• Mentor appointment setters and junior reps
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless installations
• Track KPIs and report weekly results
• Maintain strong customer relationships through every stage
Qualifications:
• Experienced closer with leadership potential
• Strong communicator and team motivator
• Confident, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Organized and disciplined with CRM use
• Full-time availability required
