Social Media Manager Pay: $75,000–$90,000 per year, annual bonus, profit sharing and generous benefits Full-Time | Public Relations Agency About the Role Our client is a results-driven PR firm in Hackensack, NJ, seeking a hands‑on Social Media Manager to lead strategy and execution across 35+ social platforms for multiple clients; overseeing a team of 5 social media specialists. The ideal candidate blends creativity, analytics, and leadership — driving engagement, managing campaigns, and mentoring junior talent while staying active in day‑to‑day content development. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Develop and manage monthly content calendars (“grids”), client approvals, and posting schedules (2x daily, 5x weekly; LinkedIn 1x daily). Create visuals in Canva (occasional use of Adobe); basic video editing a plus. Oversee organic and paid efforts (boosting experience required). Track and report analytics monthly (PowerPoint format), providing insights and optimization ideas. Monitor engagement, flag top-performing posts, and share results with clients. Guide five junior team members and interns, ensuring high-quality execution. Proactively recommend new ideas, formats, and improvements to enhance client performance. Requirements 5+ years of social media experience, strong preference for agency experience NO FREELANCING experience, please! Bachelor's degree a MUST Strong understanding of strategy, content planning, and analytics . Proficient in Canva , Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn tools; Adobe experience a plus. Familiar with boosting and basic paid campaigns. Excellent communication, copywriting, and client presentation skills. Interest or background in lifestyle, wellness, fashion, interior design, or retail preferred. Collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working onsite full-time in Hackensack.
