Overview Senior Brand Manager role at Saks Global. You will be responsible for the execution of brand strategies for Saks, Neiman Marcus, or Bergdorf Goodman, managing a brand’s vision, purpose, and positioning to ensure it resonates with target audiences and aligns with business goals. You will work under the direction of the AVP, Brand Strategy, Saks Global, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints. What You Will Do Brand Vision, Purpose & Positioning Support: Spearhead the development and execution of brand vision, purpose, and positioning for Saks, Neiman Marcus, or Bergdorf Goodman, ensuring consistency across all marketing and customer-facing channels. Brand Messaging Alignment: Collaborate with senior leaders to refine brand messaging and ensure alignment with the brands’ identities, values, and market opportunities. Brand Positioning Consistency: Ensure positioning is reflected across internal and external communications, campaigns, and touchpoints. Brand Strategy Implementation Lead the execution of integrated brand strategies that drive customer engagement, awareness, and loyalty for Saks, Neiman Marcus, or Bergdorf Goodman. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and other strategic brand initiatives. Participate in the development of creative briefs and ensure campaigns align with the overarching business and brand strategy. Market & Consumer Insights Gather and analyze consumer and market insights to inform brand strategy and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Collaborate with the insights team to track trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to keep brand strategies relevant and forward-thinking. Provide strategic recommendations based on insights to optimize brand initiatives. Team Support & Collaboration Work closely with senior leadership and collaborate with internal teams including marketing, merchandising, digital, and creative to execute brand initiatives and campaigns. Provide guidance and support to junior cross-functional team members, ensuring alignment with broader brand strategy goals. Communicate effectively across teams to ensure seamless execution of brand projects and initiatives. Cross-Functional Program Execution Lead the execution of cross-functional programs designed to elevate the brands’ presence and engage key customer segments. Assist in coordinating efforts across departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment in all marketing campaigns and initiatives. Track timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project execution. Reporting & Performance Tracking Track the performance of brand initiatives and campaigns, measuring key metrics such as brand awareness, customer engagement, and ROI. Develop performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future brand strategies and initiatives. Prepare presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key findings and recommendations for continued brand growth. What You Will Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or a related field, preferably within luxury retail or fashion. Experience leading the execution of brand strategies across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and in-store experiences. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with senior leadership. Analytical mindset with the ability to gather insights from market and customer data to inform brand strategies. Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. Passion for luxury retail and an understanding of Saks, Neiman Marcus, and Bergdorf Goodman’s customer base and market positioning. Preferred Qualifications Experience in crafting insight-driven creative briefs, managing creative teams and outputs. Comfortable to work up to 4 days a week in our Brookfield Place (NYC) Offices.
