We are currently seeking highly motivated vacation ownership sales professionals to join our growing sales center in Peoria, AZ at the Cibola Vista Resort & Spa.

While working with guests you will: 

• Effectively conduct face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers located at one of our award-winning resorts.
• Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners and offer the best options to meet their needs . Leads are prequalified and provided by the company . No cold calling!
• Communicate the benefits of traveling with Hilton Grand Vacations!
• Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training.

Qualifications:

• Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain an Arizona Real Estate License 
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent active listening skills
• Able to work independently and as a team player
• Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as: building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale
• Problem-solving ability
• Must be willing to work on weekends and most major holidays
• Bilingual a plus: Spanish/English
