Rheumatology physician employment in Pennsylvania :

Locums York, Pennsylvania Area Rheumatologist Job (IMLC Welcome)

Clinical Role

• Locum tenens opening

• Seeking a board-certified or truly board-eligible rheumatologist

• Start date: January 1 onward

• Responsibilities:

• Office visits & video visits

• APP supervision (full-time)

• In-basket support (admin/clinical tasks)

• Hospital consults: ~05 per month

• After-hours calls: ~05 per month (mostly outpatient calls)

Call Schedule

• Shared with APP (usually every other week)

• Mostly outpatient calls

• Rare hospital consults (often via EMR/phone, typically during office hours)

Shifts Per Month

• 1020 shifts

Schedule

• Weekdays (MonFri): 8:00a4:30p, then call 4:30p8:00a

• Weekends (SatSun): 24-hour call, 8:00a8:00a

• APP shifts: 8:00a4:30p

Workload Info

• Outpatients per day: 1216

• Outpatients per night: 05

• Procedures: Joint injections

• EMR: EPIC
