Join us as a Working Student – Accounting  (m/f/d) in our Accounting, Trade & Tax Compliance team and help shape the future of autonomous mobility!

Unser  Accounting, Tax & Trade Compliance Team stellt die korrekte finanzielle Berichterstattung sicher, gestaltet steuerliche Strategien und gewährleistet die Einhaltung aller Handels- und Zollvorschriften. Wir arbeiten eng mit anderen Finance- und Business-Teams zusammen, treiben Prozessoptimierung voran und liefern praxisnahe Lösungen in einem sich stetig weiterentwickelnden Umfeld. Insbesondere die Kombination aus rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen und der Entwicklung neuer Technologien zum autonomen Fahren bringt regelmäßig neue und spannende Herausforderungen mit sich.

Deine Aufgaben

• Unterstützung in der Kreditoren-, Debitoren und Anlagenbuchhaltung.
• Organisation des Rechnungsfreigabeprozesses und Umsetzung der Buchhaltungslogik.
• Mitwirken bei relevanten Accounting Management Projekten und selbstständige Erarbeitung der Meilensteine.
• Entwicklung von Prozessdokumentation und Rechnungslegungsstandards innerhalb von MOIA.

Die Aufgaben und die detaillierten Projekte werden auf der Grundlage deiner Ausbildung, deiner Interessen und Fähigkeiten festgelegt.

Was dir hilft, deine Rolle zu erfüllen

• In einem Studiengang eingeschrieben und Spaß an Themen im Bereich Finanzmanagement haben.
• Mindestens noch 12 Monate eingeschrieben an der Universität. 
• Über ein hohes Maß an Deutschkenntnissen (C1) und einen sicheren Umgang mit der englischen Sprache (B2) verfügen.
• Vertrautheit mit den MS-Office-Produkten (Excel, Word, Power Point) 
• Sich für Aufgaben begeistern, die ausgeprägte analytischen Fähigkeiten und Genauigkeit erfordern
• Die Fähigkeit besitzen, sich in einem ständig verändernden Umfeld mit unterschiedlichen Fristen und mehreren Prioritäten zu arbeiten 
• Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit SAP haben
