We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to join our team in Strongsville, Ohio. This role involves creating and maintaining dynamic dashboards to deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions. As a part of this long-term contract position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate reporting processes and ensure data accuracy while contributing to the organization's strategic goals.

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards to visualize key performance indicators and business trends.
• Connect to various data sources and perform data transformation using tools like Power Query.
• Build and manage datasets, data models, and reports in Power BI Service to support reporting needs.
• Automate routine reporting processes to enhance efficiency and maintain data accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Monitor the performance of Power BI dashboards and optimize them for better scalability and user experience.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data used across all reporting platforms.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including Power Query and data modeling.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets.
• Expertise in analyzing data to create meaningful insights and visualizations.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to gather requirements and present findings.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
