A Float Phlebotomist at Labcorp performs blood collection and specimen preparation across multiple locations, working with diverse patient populations. This role involves venipuncture and capillary techniques, data entry, billing, and providing excellent customer service. The position offers flexible hours, travel to various sites, and opportunities for growth within the healthcare organization.

As a Float Phlebotomist , you will have the opportunity to quickly gain a vast amount of experience. You will be working with a variety of patients, team members, and clinics/locations. PST’s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
Float Incentive: Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Work Schedule: Must be available to cover hours that vary Monday - Friday 7:00 am – 6:00 pm; additional days/hours as needed, including some Saturdays
Work Location: Includes, but not limited to, Prescott, Prescott Valley, Black Canyon, Cottonwood, Sedona, Williams, and Flagstaff
