You will have the opportunity to grow your own personal training client base. Compensation: Floor rate of $18.81/hour , with commission on personal training. Day in the Life As a Personal Trainer, you will: Train clients individually or in small groups, focusing on building strength, endurance and overall fitness. Use high energy and a positive attitude to motivate clients to become stronger and healthier. Assist members during floor hours, answering questions about equipment or exercise routines. Build relationships and develop your own client base within the club. Qualifications National Personal Training Certification CPR/First Aid/AED certification Ability to pass a drug test and background check Friendly, supportive and encouraging attitude Ability to work independently and be passionate about fitness Work Schedule Typical schedule varies based on client availability and floor shift opportunities.
