\n What to Expect as an Operations Scheduler:
\nIn this vital role, you will play a key part in planning the daily flow of materials through critical operations while creating comprehensive reports to track performance. Your responsibilities will include:\n

\n\t
• Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for operations, projects, and staffing needs.\n\t
• Coordination: Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment between schedules and forecasts.\n\t
• Monitoring & Adjustment: Track progress, identify bottlenecks, resolve scheduling conflicts, and adapt plans as priorities evolve.\n\t
• Data & Reporting: Utilize SAP and Excel to analyze data, manage inventory levels, and generate insightful performance reports.\n

\n Are You a Good Fit?
\nThe Operations Scheduler role may be perfect for you if you:\n\n

\n\t
• Are available to work 100% onsite in Midland, Monday-Friday, from 6 AM to 2:30 PM (required).\n\t
• Possess advanced Excel skills (required).\n\t
• Have experience using SAP or other ERP/MRP systems such as Oracle or G-Army (required).\n\t
• Hold a High School Diploma/GED (required); an Associate’s degree or higher is preferred.\n\t
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to resolve issues independently, and possess strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across all levels of the organization (required).\n
