The Occupational Therapist at Providence Valdez Medical Center provides assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of occupational therapy services for a diverse patient population in compliance with professional and regulatory standards. Description
Assesses, plans implements, and evaluates occupational therapy services within the guidelines established by the American Occupational Therapy Association. Provides services to inpatients, outpatients, swing bed patients, and long term care residents. Collaborates with other team members to plan and provide important aspects of care, in compliance with medical center standards and guidelines established by the American Occupational Therapists Association in conjunction with regulatory requirements of both federal and state agencies.

Position is full time, 1.0 FTE, 8-hr Day shifts, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. Located onsite at Providence Valdez Medical Center in Valdez, AK!
