Seasoned Mercedes-Benz Automotive Technician (6YR EXP REQ)
Pay: $120,000 – $149,000+ per year (based on experience)
Location: Capitol Heights, MD
Job Type: Full-time, 4-day workweek! Off every FRIDAY - SUNDAY!

Who We’re Looking ForAn A-level Mercedes-Benz Technician (or highly productive B-level) with 6+ years’ professional experience
Strong diagnostic skills and confidence working on Mercedes-Benz, including factory Xentry knowledge
Experience to take on any Mercedes-Benz job that rolls in the door, from brakes to timing chains
Ability to use voltmeters, amp clamps, wiring diagrams, and adapt to new scan tools quickly
Meticulous attention to detail—every harness, every bolt where it belongs
A positive, team-oriented attitude with passion for both the craft and your free time
Other BMW/European brand experience is a big plus.
Diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz vehicles with precision
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and document work accurately
Use scan tools ( Xentry, ISTA , iSCAN, Autel, AutoLogic, etc.) and scopes (PICO a plus)
Collaborate with teammates and uphold high repair standards
Commit to mastering your craft with ongoing training
