Job Summary

The Inside Sales Representative drives client acquisition for the tax resolution team by providing consultative solutions to resolve tax challenges. This role thrives in a fast-paced environment. Focuses on building relationships and offers the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions while making a meaningful impact for clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective clients about their tax problems through inbound and outbound calls
• Identify prospects tax problems by asking layered discovery questions
• Qualify prospective clients for services
• Effectively manage the CRM to drive performance and ensure sales targets are consistently exceeded
• Support new clients through the onboarding process, setting clear expectations and providing initial guidance
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent education required
• 2 years of relevant experience
