We are seeking a Helper to join our team and support our ongoing projects.

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Helper for our Video Digital Security team. The ideal candidate will assist the project manager with installation and service for security systems. This role requires strong attention to safety and the ability to work in a physically active environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with loading, securing, and unloading items to ensure safe transportation.
• Provide general labor support on job sites, including carrying materials and assisting as needed.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous construction helper experience a plus.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials (50+ lbs).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Work Environment

• Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and carrying.
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
