What You\'ll Do The Global Email Marketing Specialist plays an important role in executing and optimizing email marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across BCG’s global audience segments. In this role, you will apply your growing technical and functional expertise to execute email campaigns, leverage data to generate actionable insights, and ensure alignment with strategic marketing priorities. Email Program Support & Execution: Support execution of the global email marketing calendar by tracking campaign progress, flagging roadblocks, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery. Contribute to process documentation and help implement improvements that increase team efficiency. Cross-functional Teaming: Collaborate with teammates across Digital Channels and the broader Marketing & Communications team to align on campaign deliverables and timelines. Actively contribute in meetings and maintain open communication to ensure smooth coordination and integration across efforts. Project Support & Coordination: Help maintain visibility into timelines, deliverables, and status of projects by supporting team coordination efforts, sharing updates, and documenting meeting actions or expectations. Assist in ensuring alignment across campaign, digital, and content teams. Campaign Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze email performance metrics to identify patterns in engagement and inform future campaign enhancements. Summarize insights and collaborate with team members to iterate on messaging, audience targeting, and send timing based on learnings. Emerging Trends & Technology: Stay current on email marketing innovations such as AI-powered personalization, automation, and segmentation. Proactively test and share findings from new tools or platform features, and support the team in adopting relevant enhancements to improve campaign performance. What You\'ll Bring Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and marketing technology with an interest in driving impactful engagement. You understand email marketing strategies and have experience with producing email assets and supporting campaigns. You have exceptional attention to detail and demonstrate reliability by delivering consistent, high-quality output in a timely manner. Effectively plans and organizes work to meet deadlines, balancing multiple responsibilities while remaining adaptable to shifting priorities. Familiar with analytics tools and Excel. Ability to analyze and draw insight from data sets to identify trends and recommendations for improving performance of email campaigns. You are skilled in content strategy and have experience writing copy for digital-first formats. Demonstrates a structured and resourceful approach to problem solving, proactively identifying opportunities to resolve issues. You are a team player with a highly collaborative attitude. You build positive relationships, communicate clearly, and can adapt to others’ working styles. Additional info *** For US locations only *** In the US, we have a compensation transparency approach. Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below. The base salary range for this role in Atlanta & Boston is $72,000.00 - $89,333.33 In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 12% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
