ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.

• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and organized dining area.

• Refill water, coffee, and other beverages as needed.

• Stock and restock service areas with necessary supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments.

• Support servers by delivering additional items requested by guests, such as extra plates, sauces, or utensils.

• Ensure all areas of the dining room and server stations are clean and tidy.

• Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.

• Provide friendly and professional interaction with guests to enhance their dining experience.

• Assist with other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Work requires 6 months previous food server / running experience.

• Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner.

• Must present a neat and professional appearance.

• Work requires interactions with customers, public and co-workers.

• Work requires teamwork with other staff members.

• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.

• Must be able to obtain a required Virginia Lottery Non-Gaming License.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

• Fast-paced, high-volume environment involving constant public.

• Also, requires carrying serving trays weighing up to 15 lbs., and may require lifting bus tubs weighing up to 40 lbs.

• Shifts may vary based on business needs. Must be able to tolerate secondary tobacco smoke

I understand the Casino and its surrounding areas are under constant surveillance, and that as an employee of Caesars Virginia, I will be under that surveillance.
