Our client, a leader in the healthcare and medical device industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Asset Management Consultant to join their dynamic team. As a Financial Asset Management Consultant, you will be an integral part of the Finance department supporting strategic financial planning and analysis initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Financial Asset Management Consultant

Location: Minneapolis, MN (100% onsite)

Pay Range: $40-45/hr on W2 (NO C2C)

What's the Job?

• Lead all forecast planning and submission cycles for the Global Supply Management (GSM) function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage and communicate the implications of financial targets, driving efficiency across functional resources.
• Support financial updates for reporting packages, including Monthly Financial Reviews (MFR), Annual Operating Plans (AOP), and presentations to leadership.
• Oversee comprehensive management of the AOP process, including cost center planning, target setting, and internal reviews.
• Lead month-end close processes for GSM, including cost center reviews and journal entries, ensuring compliance with financial standards.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting or an Advanced Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of financial forecasting, planning, and reporting processes.
• Experience with SOX compliance and month-end closing procedures.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
