This full-time, on-site role is based in South Lake Tahoe, CA. As an Executive Casino Host, you will enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty by building strong relationships with casino patrons. Responsibilities include identifying and developing relationships with key customers, promoting casino services and programs, utilizing player data to drive engagement, and maintaining communication with players to encourage repeat visits. You will collaborate with marketing teams to execute engaging player development programs and provide exceptional service tailored to patrons' needs.
