Job Description
The Holiday Pop-Up Event Coordinator will oversee all aspects of planning, organizing, and executing our seasonal pop-up experience. This role combines creativity, organization, and leadership to ensure a seamless and memorable event for guests. The coordinator will work closely with vendors, staff, and marketing teams to bring the holiday vision to life — from concept to completion.
As an Event Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of events, including planning, vendor coordination, day-of execution, and post-event follow-up. You’ll work closely with clients, staff, and vendors to ensure every detail is handled and every event runs smoothly.
This is a seasonal position with the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage day-to-day operations of the holiday pop-up.
Coordinate event setup, décor, scheduling, and teardown.
Supervise event staff and ensure exceptional guest experiences. assign roles and responsibilities as needed.

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and venue regulations.
Provide post-event reporting and recommendations for future activations.
Collaborate with the team to promote the pop-up and drive attendance.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of event planning or hospitality experience (seasonal/retail pop-up experience a plus).
Strong communication and client service abilities
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems quickly
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
