Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Event Assistant to support our in-person marketing campaigns and help elevate customer engagement. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals eager to launch a career in marketing, event planning, fundraising, brand promotions, or sales .
As an Event Assistant, you’ll work directly with a well-established client , gaining hands-on experience in live event coordination, brand representation, and customer interaction . No prior experience is required — we provide comprehensive training and one-on-one mentorship to help you succeed and grow within our company.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the setup, coordination, and execution of live events, marketing campaigns, and promotions
Serve as a brand ambassador , maintaining strong communication between clients and customers
Support company and client goals related to brand awareness, outreach, and fundraising
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and on-site marketing events
Contribute creative ideas to enhance event success and audience engagement
Respond to customer questions with professionalism and enthusiasm
Track and report feedback and performance metrics to leadership
Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign objectives and ensure client satisfaction
Interest in marketing, events, customer service, or sales
No experience required – full training provided
