We are a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company in business for over 30 years and expanding in this area. Looking for service technician/driver to service private home and nursing homes patients in the Houston area. Our mission is to be the premier, outcome-driven DME provider in the Texas Market. We will achieve this mission by providing the best products and services, through a dedicated staff of knowledgeable, caring individuals who understand the emotional impact of care, and are committed to providing end-of-life quality.

Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for deliveries, set-ups, pick-ups and service of equipment in both facility and home care settings
• Knowledge in equipment usage and maintenance
• Responsible for the handling and safe transport of all inventory as it enters/leaves the service center
• Process paperwork neatly and efficiently
• Provide good customer service in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain warehouse space, cleaning/repairing/assembling equipment

Qualifications: Clean driving record

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minium of 3 years experience of driving commercial vehicles such as box trucks and delivery vans.
• Ability to educate and in-service clients - presenting information to groups of people
• Able to lift heavy medical equipment
• Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions and correspondences
• Must be independent and self directed
• Flexible schedule - on-call, overtime, weekends etc.
• Valid driver's license in good standing with Department of Motor Vehicles
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs; products vary in weight and size
