Im partnering with an exciting biopharmaceutical company on a retained basis that is continuing to expand and seeking a Director of Project Management to join their experienced and passionate team.

They are looking for an experienced, results-driven Global Project Leader to drive high-impact drug development programs from strategy through approval across multiple therapeutic areas. This role blends strategic vision with handson leadership, guiding crossfunctional global teams to deliver innovative therapies on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What Youll Do

• Own the strategy and execution of development programs, from earlystage planning through regulatory submission and approval.
• Lead global Joint Project Teams (JPTs), aligning experts across R&D, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial functions to deliver on the Integrated Development Plan.
• Champion the asset across the organization, communicating progress, challenges, and successes to leadership and governance bodies.
• Drive risk assessment, contingency planning, and decisionmaking to keep projects on track and address challenges quickly.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to optimize timelines, resources, and budgets without compromising quality.
• Build team alignment and momentum, fostering a highperformance, solutionoriented culture.

What You Bring

• Degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in drug development for biopharmaceuticals.
• Proven record of leading crossfunctional teams through complex global programs to successful regulatory approvals.
• Deep understanding of the endtoend drug development process, portfolio risk management, and regulatory pathways.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
• Expertise in project planning tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Gantt charts) and PM best practices.
