Position Overview The Controls HVAC Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC control projects. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and managing project timelines and budgets to achieve customer satisfaction and project profitability.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage HVAC control projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and installation teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards in HVAC controls and construction practices.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
- Review and approve project documentation, including design specifications and change orders.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure project quality.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC project management with a focus on controls systems.
- Proficiency in ALC (Automated Logic Corporation) systems and building controls technology.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and their operational requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
