Overview Commercial Sales Representative – Title Insurance (JD or Paralegal) – MA at iLocatum. Location: Boston, MA. HYBRID. Our client is a leading financial services company and provider of title insurance and real estate transaction services. This is a role for a results-driven commercial real estate expert to grow market share and build client relationships in the Boston real estate market. Responsibilities Serve as a direct point of contact for clients regarding commercial real estate transactional matters Conduct market research to compile targeted lead lists and execute structured outreach plans Develop and maintain a commercial client base by identifying and securing new business while strengthening existing client relationships Engage with law firm clients, real estate agents, brokers, and lenders through calls, in-person meetings, and virtual presentations Assess individual client needs and objectives to deliver tailored presentations Maintain visibility in the Boston commercial real estate market by attending networking events and industry functions Qualifications JD or paralegal certificate required 2–5 years of substantive commercial real estate transactional experience in a law firm setting Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law, including federal and state title insurance regulations Experience with sales database systems (Salesforce or similar) and social media as tools to manage and expand client relationships High energy, persistence, and accountability for results Professional appearance, demeanor, and presentation Familiarity with the title insurance industry strongly preferred Deep understanding of the sales cycle and a drive for achieving revenue targets Strong ability to adapt strategy to changing market conditions Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with clients at all levels, in-person and virtually Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex real estate transactions Valid driver’s license required for territory travel Compensation & Benefits Annual base salary range: $75,000–$200,000, determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market factors Unlimited commissions Employee Stock Purchase Plan Robust benefits package: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance; 401(k) with employer matching; paid parental leave; generous PTO and sick leave Application Requirements Resume Relevant transcripts and certifications Cover letter Our client is an Equal Opportunity Employer . #J-18808-Ljbffr iLocatum
