Commercial Roofing Project Manager/Estimator


We are looking for a commercial roofing project manager/estimator to be responsible for planning projects and preparing budgets and timelines. They will review proposals, blueprints, and other documents to estimate the necessary resources for the implementation of commercial roofing projects.


Commercial Roofing Project Manager/Estimator Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• 5+ years in commercial roofing Project Management and/or estimating.
• Knowledge of commercial roofing products, systems, manufacturers specifications.
• Work closely with architects and other professionals from pre-bid to completion
• Schedule and run meetings with clients, site managers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor construction process, ensure work is done up to code and quality.

Commercial Roofing Project Manager/Estimator Compensation:

• Base Salary with PTO based on experience.
• Additional bonuses and profit margin sharing
• Company equipment: Vehicle, phone, laptop etc.
