Job Description

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and woodworking industries, is seeking a CNC Operator to join their team. As a CNC Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Operator

Location: South Bend, IN

Pay Range:

Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

What's the Job?

• Operate and maintain CNC machinery to produce high-quality wood products
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
• Ensure products meet established quality standards
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment adhering to safety protocols
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot machinery as needed

What's Needed?

• Previous CNC experience required
• Woodworking experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good reading comprehension of technical drawings and blueprints
