Job Description

SUMMARY: The Clinical Practice Manager provides strategic leadership of one or more clinical practices. Core functions include direction, planning, and coordination of the clinical and office operations of the practice(s). Patient satisfaction, operational goals/objectives, fiscal responsibility, and team member engagement are among the top areas of responsibility for the Clinical Practice Manager.

Required Experience: Minimum three (3) years' progressive experience in a medical office setting; demonstrated communication skills; experience and knowledge of medical office operations, billing and finance
Required Certification/Licensure/Registration: Current RN, LPN or Physician Assistant licensure with eligibility to practice in the state of Missouri

Preferred Education/Training: Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration or other related field
Preferred Certification/Licensure/Registration: BLS
