Engage members to drive new client acquisition. Design program for individual client success. Provide personal training sessions. Assess client progress monthly and identify opportunities. Deliver customer service excellence (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution). Demonstrate fitness expertise (product knowledge, programs, events). Stay current on new fitness trends. Maintain valid certifications current and active throughout employment. Requirements for Success Fight hard to win. Punctual and dependable. Takes ownership of results. Comfortable with technology, quick to shift focus, and phone etiquette proficient. Portrays a healthy lifestyle. Experience Prior experience in the fitness/health club industry or similar is preferred. Education / Certification Requirements Must have a valid Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification. Must possess a valid CPR/AED Certification (completed in person, not online). Other Requirements Must successfully pass a background check. Compensation and Work Hours Hourly position – potential annual earnings $40,000–$80,000 USD. Variable income opportunities including commission and bonus. Tenure pay. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, afternoons, evenings, and late‑night shifts.
