The ideal candidate will be a QuickBooks ProAdvisor with experience managing day‑to‑day accounting tasks, reconciling accounts, and preparing accurate financial reports. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks. Reconcile bank and credit card statements. Prepare accurate financial reports for clients and internal use. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Assist with payroll processing and tax‑related tasks. Collaborate with CPA staff to ensure timely financial reporting and compliance. Identify opportunities to streamline bookkeeping processes. Qualifications Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor . Proven bookkeeping experience, preferably in a CPA firm or professional services environment. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
