Remote Building Automation Programmer - Delta Controls (Data Center Projects)

A fast-growing firm specializing in mission-critical infrastructure is seeking a skilled Building Automation Programmer with hands-on experience in Delta Controls systems. This fully remote role focuses on programming and integration for large-scale data center environments, supporting some of the most advanced facilities in the world.

Role Overview

You'll be responsible for developing, configuring, and optimizing Delta Controls DDC systems across multiple data center projects. Working closely with design engineers and commissioning teams, you'll ensure that automation logic, sequences, and interfaces are robust, scalable, and aligned with client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program and configure Delta Controls systems for HVAC, lighting, and environmental controls
  • Develop custom control sequences and graphical interfaces using enteliWEB and enteliTOUCH
  • Collaborate remotely with project managers, engineers, and field technicians to support deployment and commissioning
  • Troubleshoot and refine control logic to optimize performance and reliability
  • Maintain documentation for programming standards, sequences of operation, and system architecture
  • Support integration with third-party systems via BACnet, Modbus, and other protocols

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience programming Delta Controls systems in commercial or industrial settings
  • Strong understanding of HVAC control strategies and building automation principles
  • Familiarity with data center environments or other mission-critical facilities is a plus
  • Experience with enteliWEB, ORCAview, and related Delta tools
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote team environment
  • Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and protocol-level integration preferred
