We are a group of serial entrepreneurs, including Paul Mller (founder of Adjust, 1.2B exit) and Petter Made (founder of SumUp, 8B), supporting ambitious founders to build 1B+ companies.

Tasks

Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as Biotech.
Embark on an extensive personaldevelopment journey crafted by unicorn founders, enhancing goal, time, and energy management.
Receive hiring support via our network of over 50,000 professionals and best practices from serial entrepreneurs.
Get intensive coaching to make your startup ready to raise millions in funding.
Iterate your product until you reach productmarketfit, then build a sales force or marketing engine.

Requirements

Reside in Europe or the Americas, or be willing to relocate.
Take full responsibility for your startup and scale it to 100M+ in revenue.
Have excellent communication skills in English.
