We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our team in Brookfield, Wisconsin. This Contract to potential long-term position requires a strong commitment to delivering excellent service while handling financial transactions and promoting the bank’s products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and teamwork in all aspects of their role.

Responsibilities:
• Process a variety of customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to bank policies.
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer in accordance with established procedures.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs and support business growth.
• Handle customer inquiries and refer them to appropriate departments for complex issues.
• Open, maintain, and close various account types while providing guidance to customers.
• Uphold the confidentiality and security of customer information, adhering to bank policies and regulations.
• Represent the bank positively by fostering good relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Perform clerical duties within the branch, including imaging documents and filing.
• Ensure compliance with applicable banking regulations through completion of required training.
• Safeguard sensitive customer data from cyber threats by following established security protocols.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or banking roles.
• Strong supervisory and oversight skills with the ability to guide team members.
• Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.
• Familiarity with promoting and cross-selling financial products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive customer relationships.
• Ability to perform branch opening and closing duties as needed.
