Overview DEZ Development, a fast-growing design and development firm, is seeking a motivated Architectural Intern to join our team. We specialize in residential and multi-family housing projects and are looking for someone eager to gain real-world experience while contributing to meaningful, high-impact work. Responsibilities Assist with residential and multi-family design tasks, from concept to construction documentation. Support project teams with drafting, modeling, and rendering. Conduct code and zoning research for various projects. Help prepare permit submittals and coordinate with city officials. Participate in design reviews and contribute creative ideas to enhance project outcomes. Qualifications Currently enrolled in an accredited architecture program or recently graduated. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and/or other design software. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and construction documents.
